Dream Builders Pediatric Therapy is a private-pay practice and is considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans.

Payment is due at the time of service. Families who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement may request a monthly superbill to submit to their insurance company. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance benefits.

Session length depends on your child's individual needs and treatment plan. During your consultation and evaluation, we'll recommend a schedule that best supports your child's goals.

Yes. A parent or legal guardian must be present and available for the duration of each therapy session. Caregiver involvement is an important part of the therapy process. Your participation helps support your child's progress by encouraging consistency, reinforcing strategies between sessions, and promoting success in everyday routines. We value partnering with families and caregivers to help children achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
