Our 45-minute sessions offer additional time for individualized therapy tailored to your child's unique strengths and challenges. The extended session allows for deeper skill development, smoother transitions between activities, and more opportunities to address multiple goals while keeping therapy engaging, fun, and functional. Caregivers receive education and practical strategies to help support progress beyond the session.
Our 60-minute sessions provide the most comprehensive opportunity for individualized therapy tailored to your child's unique strengths and challenges. This extended session allows time to address multiple goals, complete more in-depth therapeutic activities, practice skills in a variety of contexts, and incorporate caregiver coaching throughout the visit. Ideal for children with complex needs or those who benefit from a slower pace.
Dream Builders Pediatric Therapy is a private-pay practice and is considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans.
Payment is due in full at the time services are provided. We securely accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and HSA/FSA cards.
Choosing a private-pay model allows us to provide highly individualized, family-centered care based on your child's unique needs—not insurance restrictions. This gives families greater flexibility in treatment planning, session length, visit frequency, therapeutic goals, and intervention strategies.
If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, we are happy to provide a monthly superbill (an itemized receipt that includes the information many insurance companies require for out-of-network claims). Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits. Dream Builders Pediatric Therapy does not bill insurance companies, submit insurance claims, verify insurance benefits, or communicate with insurance carriers regarding reimbursement. Families are responsible for submitting superbills to their insurance company if they choose to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.
